Processing time : The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes : Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Monogramania is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

I do not accept cancelations for customized items. At time you ask for cancelation your item may have already processed. But please contact me immediately if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. .

Damaged Items: All shipments are insured and buyers are responsible to make claim for insurance.

Frequently asked questions

I forgot to leave the information for monogramming. What should I do?

Please contact us through ASAP.
I will contact you immediately through email. If I do not get response on time I will choose the font and best matching thread color for you.

If initials are missing I can not monogram without initials and if I do not get response with in 10 days I will ship without customization and refund you the difference.

What order monogram initials should go?

Last name initial should go in the middle for monogramming women items. I will make it in the order you put the letters.

Where should I put my monogramming or customization information?

Before you adding the item in your cart there is a Customization box. You may add your notes there. Also you may leave me a note at check out.

Can I get something different than what you have in the listing? Such as logo instead of monogramming?

Yes. Please contact me so I can open a special order for you.

Do you have any special for bulk orders?

Yes I do have special pricing for bulk orders. Please contact me with your order details such as logo, special design, quantity etc.
